INSTALLATION:

simply unzip into your FS2002 folder.

If you prefer manual installation :
Unzip file into a temporary folder then 
move aircraft/X15c into your FS2002/aircraft folder
move all gauges to your FS2002/gauges folder
move all effects to your FS2002/gauges folder
