Open Windows Explorer. Unzip the addon into a temporary folder. Drag and drop the Ferrari_Enzo folder [along with its four subfolders and files] onto this location:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft

Don't worry about the gauges. In FS9, the gauges can operate from the panel folder of the car.

That is all.

Start up FS9 and create a flight with the Ferrari.
