You may NOT vote for your own screenshot! We will be watching this - it's only fair since most people already vote for other shots. Yes, we are aware of proxies and will take this into consideration.
• If more than one person is voting per IP address (Internet connection) each person will need to vote for a DIFFERENT shot. This is to eliminate the possibility of someone signing up for multiple accounts in order to vote more than once. If two votes for the same shot originate from the same IP, both of the votes will be removed, and in some cases further action may be taken.
• Once a contest has started, shots will not be disqualified due to editing. The only editing allowed is a 1px black border around the image. Do not discuss edited shots - this is not fair to the owner of the shot. All shots are screened before the contest, and the Contest Host has the final say on which shots (if any) are disqualified due to editing.
  


Entering Rules:


• Do not send any shots before the countdown timer reaches zero! The countdown timer will display on the main forum page about 72 hours before the contest begins accepting entries, and looks like this:

  If the rules are violated we may remove the offending screenshot (or vote) from the contest or (in extreme cases) suspend the user's account. We don't mean to be heavy handed, but we want to keep this contest as fair as possible for everybody.
