Hi
When I try to sign into games for windows live in FLIGHT .exe using my valid username and password.
I get the error message saying
The profile couldn't be signed into live, There maybe network problems, or the windows ID service is down.
I have disabled my antivirus and firewall but I still get the error. Also I have open the ports
Also I have re installed M$ windows live essentials
Any Advice will be appreaciated
Thanks

Occasionally, when I can log in, it can't "update my profile" and then I'm stuck in the overlay.
GFWL can go and die. Microsoft should have gone with Steam (or, you know, just given us the game in the first place).

If you're running Flight on a PC under Steam and are getting a network error during the Games for Windows Live Login, then have a look at my blog entry on how to fix this; assuming your problem is that Flight/GfWLive is picking the wrong IP on your network interface (you can confirm this by looking at the details of the error and checking the IP it is using).
The original article is at http://john.wheatley.es/?p=756
I also wrote a PowerShell script, posted at http://john.wheatley.es/?p=774 to fix the problem, since the workaround has to be reapplied, from time to time.
Please leave me some feedback if it works for you, thanks.
