whenever i edit the AFCAD of an existing airport, i put in new aprons and parking according to real data. but how do you get rid of the existing buildings ? sometimes the end up in the middle of an apron. if i use an exclude, they will disappear, but i just want to move them. is this possible ?

I do not think so. You can make your own buildings but I don't know if you can move them. I would post in the Scenery Design Forum.

You need to get ExcBuilder v2.0. That will do the trick for you.

You don't "move" the default scenery objects.  You have to exclude (delete) them and replace them with other 3D objects using third-party programs like EZ-Scenery (payware, Abacus), Runway 12 Object Placer (freeware, AVSIM file library), or write your own XML and compile it to a scenery BGL file.  The default objects are imbeded in any of hundreds of default scenery BGL files located in your FS9's \Scenery folders; to move them, you would have to know which BGL files they're in, decompile those BGL files to XML files, change the coordinates of the objects, then recompile your changed XMLs back into usable BGL files.  No fun, no fun at all.

Using those third party programs (or writing your own XML), you can use any Library Object file to place third party 3D objects, including the default Library Object files.

Yep, check the AVSIM library .... I believe Rwy 12 comes with four object libraries, and several of the freeware designers have made more for it.  You might also try using some of the EZ-Scenery libraries with Rwy 12 ..... I know the Rwy 12 libraries work with EZ-Scenery but have never tried it the other way around since EZ-Scenery works with all of them (including my own libraries).
