Cheers pal, been working on the cockpit window, still a bit off, I will get it though, render is half way shouldn't be long now.

you have 7223 polys... and still much to do...

Thats funny mate, I would apreciate if you would not tell me what to do, I've modeled seriously for a long time, you've gmaxed for less than a year. I also know models with 100,000 polys that get great fps, I've spoke to a few people about poly counts.

Wow. That looks amazing. Good job! I just think that you should take out some of the steps on the doors. If you look at the pictures, their are only 5 steps on the door. Othere than that, it looks great! :lol:

ok yes the A380 had 100,000 polys with VC
"BUT" poskys 744 had 32,000 Polys

I know pal and thanks, I tried like 5 times and the onl way it would fit correctly was to use that many, I may have another go though.

Matt: It had 100,000 on the outside and 80,000 in the VC.

Gmax is a cut down version of 3ds max, so there relativley the same.

:censored: I was just saying that I think that if he can fix that it would make it look a little better because in the sim those will be really small, so it might look a little odd. But if HyperText can't fix it, thats fine. Looks great though! :lol:

About the steps, it just wouldn't work due to the door curvature.
