I compiled the right aircraft.txt files the right schedules and downloaded the rights airports txt file and aircraft files and compiled them but they don't showup in FS how do I fix this.

Check the names listed in the uncompiled "aircraftXXX.txt" are exactly the same as the entries for the particular aircraft in its aircraft.cfg.
If they are not, make them match by copying and pasting the name (in the "TITLE=" line) to the aircraft list for the plans, or from the plans to the cfg if you prefer, as long as you don't duplicate names in the cfg itself.
