Can you instruct me on how to get a mesh terrain for machu picchu?

Uh no offense buddy; but where have you been for the last three years because that was one of the first things to come out. But I do like Machu Picchu quite a bit and what we really need is scenery for the actual ruin city and a flight included in the scenery to help find the way because I am clueless on how the heck to get there!
