Flying - ha, now that's funny.  Still in the middle of my rebuild.  Should have FSX back up with addons tonight.
That's the goal anyway.

Hey this is open to anyone!  Any one who wants to add a hop in Alaska is more than welcome to.

We do need to get more people on board here.  I think we should aim for 10 hops then move to the next zone.  I think Thailand

Bman---Thailand sounds good. Only two more hops in Alaska. Guess that is managable-for two pilots

I have question about Vatsim---I installed to FSX I have the ad-on bar appear on menu bar--could you tell me what to do next-to start progarm?-when you have time!-Thanks so much--Bman

Well it depends on what you have installed.  Since you are flying FSX I assume the you have installed FSInn.  If so, go to addons and click control panel.  This will activate FSInn.  From there you can do all the things that allow you to interface FSInn.

For starters, go read the PRC on Vatsim "Getting Started for Pilots" webpage.  That will give you a lot of information about procedures and what to expect when diving in to Vatsim.  It's not too terribly difficult once you get use to it.  I admit however, I am quite the noob and hack when it comes to Vatsim and ATC.

We need an Alaska hop 10 you want to do-Alaska Md-80?--Yes if you look at rest of the hops--we have done twins--and the Beaver-how about the Maule?--that in FS9?--well the closest equivenlent!

We have no time period--I guess ---ten hops--next Thailand.

Is the 200-mile rule still gonna be used while in Asia? If not, then I'll do a flight. Also, Do you still need someone to do one last Alaskan flight? I'll do it if we need one!

Sure - #10 hasn't been posted.  If we get 11...great.

200 mile limit - there is no limit.  Really just keep you ALT relatively low so we can see the ground and all is well.
This is was just a framework to keep up with VFR view of the location we are exploring.

Could we please move onto a new region now....? I sense lost enthusiasm not only from myself but most of the others who were doing the flights!
