Based on ratings on the poll...let's head to China Region.  
What does everyone think?

Oooooh, I like! The only time I've flown in China is to try and witness a solar eclipse in fsx (which don't appear, unfortunately).

Boy---- thanks for telling me Bman---you could have annuonced this   China Okay! Where was the vote! I had no loss of enthusiasium--I was the one who did most of the flights!!

Feel free to add another one to our current region.   Ok....  I won't fly a China flight until we hit 15.  That seems fair.
I will fly one in the next day or two.  I have been busy..

its a good idea we're going onto a new region- I'm afraid that my world tour might end on my flight to greenland.....I'm encountering unexpected strong headwinds and turbulence, and my altimeter keeps reading FL180 as 17,500! That 500 feet below optimal altitude cruise for maximum range may make quite a difference.


It won't be very fun splashing down in those frigid waters wish me luck guys

I just checked the winds over the Labrador Sea, and they're 75 KNOTS!! I've been flying through that stuff for 4 hours! No wonder I've been getting such bad turbulence. Google Earth shows some sort of depression looking thing in the area......but how?!

My current ZLA VFR-III pilot cert testing is getting in the way at the moment.  I have high confidence that I will finally pass it tonight or tomorrow...
and I will get back on track.

When I do a flight to Kai Tak? I haven't had the chance to full test out my FlyTampa VHHX scenery. Perfect opportunity now, as long as I can do it in a 747/767 I'm happy .

I really don't think that it is...

You are correct about the slow down.  I have just been slammed over the past couple of weeks and it appears it's only going to get worse.
I am getting ready to pack up all of stuff and moving to a bigger better house...so things are going to get worse before they get better or fall...

Keep the dream alive.  I will get a flight down here in the next couple of days...

Hmm....in all due respect, I believe China was a horrible place to fly in (although outwardly, it seemed great......that was, of course, before we discovered the EXTREME lack of airports in the region!).


Successful regions have been ones with airports near each other....each China airport is at a minimum 1 hour flight.

You guys are killing me.... that's it, I will do another flight tonight on China.  Let's at least get to 5 and then we will move on.

There are many places to fly in China all around an hour (taking a twin engine).  

We will move on at 5.... deal?
