Wow, CCleaner is good.

I was using another one and it said it deleted them, yet CCleaner just cleared over 150MB of temp files.

CleanUp!: CleanUp! frees disk space and reduces the "clutter" on your computer helping it to run more efficiently. It also can be used as a way to protect your privacy on the Internet. You can even instruct CleanUp! to securely delete files making it impossible to retrieve their contents using lower-level disk tools - just another way of protecting your privacy.

File Shredder: With File Shredder you can remove files from your hard drive without fear they could be recovered. There are quite a few software tools today for retrieval of deleted files under Windows OS. Those tools, often referred to as "file recovery" software, are taking advantage of shortcoming of WIndows "delete" command that we all use regularly to delete files. Actually, the "delete" operation in Windows only removes bits of information from files so they appear deleted in OS. It is easy to retrieve those files using aforementioned specialized file recovery software.

Edit:
Infra Recorder: InfraRecorder is a free CD/DVD burning solution for Microsoft Windows. It offers a wide range of powerful features; all through an easy to use application interface and Windows Explorer integration.

I've added everyone's suggestions to the first post, but from here forward I'm only going to add the ones that have the link included and a brief description. Here's the format to use:

Test Download - File to test transfer speed of download.

This would produce the following output:

Test Download - File to test transfer speed of download.

I will copy this from your post and add it to the list, plus add your name.

For those unfamiliar with posting links, you just type the name of the software, then highlight that with your mouse and click the Posted Image button. Paste in the link, click OK and you're done.

Thanks for helping, I think this will be a great resource for us all!
