Here it is! In this thread i will be announcing and reminding all potential winners when contests start and stop. We have so many talented video artists here on this forum alone, it should prove to be extremely interesting.
Valkyrie321 has been most excellent in agreeing to provide prizes for each contest.
So,
The contests will run 4 times a year.
The only contest to be held this year, 2008 will be:

So i will up date this thread with the necessary information for you all to compete!
Also, for those that may want help,
Visit this thread for tips on recording and making flight sim videos.
---
Although it says don't use fraps, these days Fraps is the best for recording videos.
There is a demo that is easy to use. And Available Here
---
Since the demo version gives you the fraps logo at the top of all the videos, you might want to look into trying the Sony Vegas Demo.
Its the best editing software for flight sim videos out there.
Get the demos here
They give you 30 day free trials each and there are three to try. So until you buy Vegas these will work for you. Or just use Windows Movie Maker program which is default on all Windows machines.
Sony Vegas can be hard to understand at the start, but there are plenty of tutorials on the web and i would be willing to help with any problems if you do encounter them with Vegas.
So thats it! Its up to you guys now to make the videos!!
