Thanks.

I am getting better performance on this than my FS9 version. On final approach I have fps in the 30's. It shouldn't trouble most users.

With REX2.0 clouds and water the approach in over harbour at Bridgetown looks amazing. I am continually impressed by REX2.0 weather.

Yep it's free.

Actually, Paul and I are currently working together to make our two sceneries 100% compatible.

Paul Wheeler (from PW Sceneries and FSX Water Configurator fame) and I now have 100% compatibility crossover.

See some shots here of both our sceneries running together.

Final set of shots showing Grantley FSX working with PW Sceneries Volume 2. The roads line up perfectly. The moving FSX road traffic even enters and leaves the terminal drop off area.

This gives you an idea of the Runway 09 Approach. Running here is REX2.0 everything. I have changed the colouring of the ground polygons to match FSX default terrain textures which are much paler green in colour than FS9.

Also note the Frame Rates. This is Extremely Dense Autogen running in these shots.

I anticipate release this week to Avsim.

Hiya Max, correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem to be using 1x shader water, if you are, could you tell me which textures you use? Shader 2x water is pretty unrealistic, but with REX, the water at 2x is far too bright.

Fantastic work.

I actually meant that the REX textures with the water at shader 1x are too bright.  :hrmm:

Hi, yes I think I am using High 1.x I just think that the really high 2.x water settings are not realistic. I also use the FS Water Configurator to control the shade levels. I have to play some more with it and it's difficult because water changes so much depending on where in the world you go.
