But where in the aircraft.cfg is the option to icnrease drag caused by speedbrakes?

I don't know where you're getting you're information from but the A321 does indeed have spoilers.

Yes, it does use a autobrake system but it also has spoilers that are controlled by servojacks. They can be controlled manually or automatically. I'll even save you the effort:

YES I HAVE AIRBUS MANUALS FROM WILCO. WE ALL NO THEY ARE 100% RIGHT???
