All the FDE work and animations and the coding to go with it - not to mention any systems work......
I'm doubtful

This looks absolutely fantastic! I always had a thing for russian aircraft (especially the IL-76 and the AN-12), however, there are no real good models out there.
Please keep us posted on how you progress. How much does your work 'cost'? (If you don't want to state this here, send me a PM).
Dyakuyu!

Help us understand, so this plane will be available for us to purchase once the original buyer has it?
I do hope so, i would pay high dollar for this aircraft!!
As Pierre has said, do keep us posted! We love this sort of thing!

I wouldn't think so, he's making the model for a customer. The customer doesn't own the raw file.
That's like going to a car dealer and asking for a certain spec of car and having your mate go in after you asking for the same and the dealer saying " sorry no, we spec'ed that car for X, you can't have the same"
Even more so the case if the applications of the models weren't the same. (one for FS, the other for say.. DCS Black Shark Series**)
**- I know DCS have their own model for the IL-76, but it was just an example of different applications - similar but not quite.

It's more like, going to buy a logo. Just because the designer has the raw files doesn't mean he can distribute them freely.

Well in that case I hope the OP has gone to ilyushin to ask them to replicate their aircraft design for distribution on the Digital market!
The OP has made a model, and should he wish to sell this model to more than customer then it up to him, or should he wish to distribute thi model freely then again his choice!
Unless he is in a company where he is under strict instruction via contract from his superiors not to distribute this or it is the customers own design then he's free to go do whatever he wants.
My partner is a draughtsperson, she agrees.
She does this for a living with AutoCAD Inventor - the client gives her a design - she models it - it is only to that one customer that she can give this to. However if it is a company design then she can sell this design to how many customers as she wants.
