I very much doubt February. We've not seen that many samples of its development, all of the feature and technical details are still very sketchy.
I'd give it at least another six months on top of February.

If Beta is in Jan then I doubt it will be released a month after. Maybe a couple months after Beta for sure but not one month.

New rumour says 28th April 2012, which matches the declaration from MS to release Spring 2012. Spring is from 20th March to 21st June
