- i forgot that i only installed certain areas, west + central Europe, N.America.
I don't think my tiles strech that far - I'll have a look and if I can I'll do it.
--------------------------------------------
On a side note - XP has actually managed to recreate my area of NE Scotland more accurately than FS has with some addons (mesh + landclass) the default tree line is much more accurate - no houses ontop of mountains
And this whole "plauseable world" I'm still to see - cause what I've seen is pretty impressive in terms of building placements and road placement too.
Looking ace so far.

The roads on your screenshot don't look too bad. Why are there no houses around ?

There are in the game screen - that was the "local map"screen - which it appears doesn't show buildings.
The buildings that were there were nowhere near as dense as what it actually is - but still a of a lot better than FSX has got.

I used the one on the DVD - what's the difference?
I'll update it when I get back on it tomorrow.
I do only Europe flying - some N.America.

Yeah I've just done that - it doesn't have seemed to done anything performance wise.
The clouds are the killers. I've only managed to set it to 10% without any hit. That's the odd puff here and there.
These are now the updated settings around Aberdeen in my new BK117 (payware) - although in-game screenshot (printscreen doesn't work - just gives a black screen!) method has compressed the image to .png with some jaggies - there are no jaggies in-game for moi. None have been edited apart from resized.
