Microsoft introduces a new plane for Microsoft Flight: the Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero!!! It's almost identical to the North American P-51 Mustang!!!

And guess what!!! It has no cockpit view!!! Only the external model!!!

A few comments though say that they will definitely buy the plane and thank Microsoft for it.  :hrmm:

I can't believe how many comments were written there.... it seems there are far more people using this game than I thought.
And I'm sad for the Flight users that they get only incomplete addons to buy.

Possibly.  And if so, that would indicate that MS is bringing in new blood like they intended.  I just wonder how indicative it is to see how few the positive comments there are on there, and then contrast that with MS's latest comments about that (attracting new people) being one of their stated goals and the primary reason they departed from the MSFS lineage.  For all of our sakes, I hope that decision turns out to be a good one - the sheer volume of negative comments there do cause me to raise an eyebrow though.

Can we create one of those facebook groups?  Where we boycott Microsoft for a certain period of time to get a point across?

Let's also create a Steam group! And if Microsoft has something equivalent, then create a group on that too.

But it doesn't seem likely that Microsoft will care. According to them, the majority of the fanbase prefers the direction Flight is moving right now.

I was never able to take what 6 year olds say seriously.  I guess Microsoft can.

Microsoft doesn't listen to what anyone says anyways.  I'm surprised they didn't disable comments, or delete the negative ones.

Like watching a train derailment or an accident occur on the highway - you just cannot turn your eyes away from the disaster going on in front of you.

And even if this is a complete failure (which I personally believe it must be), Flight producers and Microsoft aren't going to come out and admit that - they are going to keep saying how positive it is until Microsoft shuts it down for losing too much money (although with how pathetic this is, I cannot believe for a second a ton of money was invested into this). Companies routinely do this...they deny to the public any negativity with the product and, if they are really blind, they'll even deny it to themselves, until they find themselves unable to continue because of a lack of revenue.

This is going to be the sad end of MSFS. Doubt Microsoft will then have any money to make FSXI.

Can't anyone get it?  Kids/gamers won't fly unless the airplane is simple!  No cockpit, no problem.

idk if that's a joke or not but either way...  kids can't afford it and even the gamers are calling themselves out and saying they also don't like it... lol
