Shalom and greetings all my pals,

I have new laptop that comes with Windows 7 operating system meaning it has new version of MS Paint that is annoying me.

When I save a screenshot, it always asks me which format to save. In the Save as type box, I must select the file format I want which takes up more time.

Does anybody know how to make new version of MS Paint to automatically save screenshots in JPG format so that it will not ask me every time what format to save, please?

Thanks,

Aharon

Correct  I am using MS Paint just to paste screenshots that I take while I am flying or taxiing or taking off or climbing or descending and save the screenshots for future editing using the programs that you mentioned. Ms Paint is extremely low powered program that just uses extremely little computer resources that does not affect memory intensive FSX during flights.

Why don't you use the built in screenshot feature in FSX?

Use FSScreen. It's free.

It's old, but it works.

I've been using it for over six years without fault.
