Need a big low-res word reworked (has to be low-res output as well)

This translates to "Staff Account Depository."
I need someone to alter this image so "Staff Account Depository" is either above the German text or instead replaces it. Thanks!

No idea how you did it, but if you could change those two things it would be spot on.

Mmm, as I said it was a very quick job. Closest font I could find in about 10 mins. I'll give it a touch up later if anyone can recommend a closer matching font. Sorting the spacing out will be easy too...

Better?
EDIT: more low-res

Is there any way you can alter the font to be more standard Helvetica? That looks rather narrow.
Also, if you can't get that font instead, I would like some extra brightness from the wording either way.

A slightly brighter version, though the simulated low quality makes the letters blend together a bit...have to be careful how much brightness I add :/

if you look at the OP you'll see that that pretty much all the letters are blended into one.
How does it look if you apply a bold to the text?

Indeed, but I imagine it needs to be somewhat legible...
Here's a newer version. The text was already bold, but this is a tad bolder!
