It's been years since I've been on the FSW forums... Recently, I saw an FSW topic pop up during a google search and all the memories came rushing back. I started posting on this forum when I was 16 years old. I had never flown an airplane in my life. Seven years later, I'm now an airline pilot... A regional airline pilot, but nonetheless, an airline pilot 😬
I didn't realize it at the time, but the world of VATSIM, FSW, and FS2004 literally molded my life in to what it is today. It's really cool to look back on this and see that a teenage hobby has turned into a career. For anyone who may be an aspiring pilot here, you're in the right place!

Same here. I joined the forums when I was 13 years old. 10 years later, I have the airlines knocking at my door. I should be in training here in a few months.
