On the Quito Approach mission, my plane will not slow down for anything. The autopilot in this mission starts set on. I tried turning off all the switches on the autopilot panel along with the master switch then setting throttle to 0% but it still won't slow down. I found a couple other topics by searching with the same problem but no answers. I've had no problem with any mission up to this and I suppose it has something to do with the autopilot or autothrottle. I tried looking through the controls but found nothing useful. My only solution is to try using the speedbrake and max flaps and hoping maybe for a passable landing. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I'm new to flight sims in general so I'm probably overlooking something.
