UPDATE
You can have all your textures in one folder, just assign them in the cfg, for example, lets say this was your second texture added
[fltsim.2]-The texture number, for your third texture assignement, it would be .3
title=AIA 737-700-The Title of your airplane, this comes up in the MRAI Installer
sim=aia_737_700
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=texture.airline-This is where the texture is located
atc_id=
atc_airline=AIRLINE HERE-This is what the atc call your airplane
atc_flight_number=
ui_manufacturer=Aardvark
ui_type=Boeing 737-700
ui_variation=AIRLINE (REGISTRATION)-The Registartion of the Airplane
description=AI Aardvark 737-700
atc_parking_types=GATE-Where the airplane will be sent after landing
atc_parking_codes=AIRLINE PARKING CODE-The airplanes parking code, tells the airplane where to go. IE ACA=Air Canada
Hope this will shed some light on any problems
