If it looks "too perfect" that's probably because it is a frame from the video I was shooting. In real life it was a tad harder to see him because the glass was tinted. Had the sun been out that day we would have missed him entirely because of the tinted windows. You can also see a Secret Service agent in the window to the right. You can't tell in that photo, but the glass on those trucks was really thick (bulletproof).

lol, That House to the right on the first picture, the one on the right of the 2 that are the highest, looks so familiar to my Cousin's place she rents out at Kill Devil Hills. If there is a Shell Station right near there, that may be it.
