Number 9, only shot I can see with the Colloseum (sp?) in it. One look at that photo and you think "Rome." Great shots everyone who entered.

I would have gone for #6 but I didn't vote because I have a shot in there.
I'm not sure about #9, It would get my vote if the textures on that addon were better. And the addon actuall covered more than 1 square mile of rome.

Well I'd definately have to say 9! Very different kind of view, nice colors.. I like it!

Tough choice for me this time as many shots did not even feature Rome (hint: St. Peter's Basilica is NOT part of Italy nor Rome 
) and I felt there was a particular shot which had some unfair advantages in it too. In the end I went with #3 since although it features the Basilica it also has got the city- and I really liked the creative use of framing and air(blimp) selection.

Rome is historically famous for gladiator fights in the colosseum. Only #9 has this.

Congratulations Fede! This has been quite the landslide. Next month we are mixing things up - there will be NO THEME for the first time in over a year! Get to work on those shots - surely there must be somebody who can challenge Fede's entries?
