the other client I use (United Devices) [www.grid.org] download here: http://www.grid.org/...ld/download.htm remembers where it last was when you last shut down your computer and it resumes where it was when you turn it back on... however. they don't have installation for Linux or Mac and the program doesnt freeze all the time.
However: The World Community Grid (www.worldcommunitygrid.org) has support for Linux but again no Mac.
I havent used World Community Grid. They do their projects on AIDS & Human Preotome.

I know i have the chance to quit but im not going to... every computer makes a difference.. im just not thrilled with the program we're running.
