This month there is a total of 15 submissions. It would of been more but i just felt that some shots had nothing to do with the theme or the official contest rules. So ill say again,

Check both of those links before hand
This Contest is sponsored by Simulating Art!The theme of this months contest isIsland Hopping.
The prize will be Simulating Art's new Pheonix Photo Scenery version 2.0, two gigabytes of unbelieveable realism. This new version doubles the land area covered by the original, and the 19-meter mesh gives excellent detail to the rugged terrain. A large number of new GMAX buildings, landmarks, and freeways are included. Animations include cars and buses, traffic lights, and other surprises.
Still not convinced? Download the video!
From SimulatingArt.com:
Our scenery goes beyond the typical flat and lifeless photoreal releases that only look good from 10,000 feet. High frame rate autogen, GMAX buildings, vegetation, objects, and animations are aligned with the scenery to make it jump out at you as if you were there.
Our company motto is to give you more than simply buildings and texture but instead to produce a work of art you can fly through.
The winner of the contest will receive the title "Screenshot Hotshot June '06" and the awsome new prize and will be allowed to choose the theme for the July 2006 Screenshot Contest.

I like the photoreal stuff, but I think it's to much "off-theme" since you just show some photoreal terrain and nothing else. Try to get a good mood or feeling instead of just try to attract people with good computers and terrain.
My vote goes for number 10. I like the plane and I like the ground. It has a great colour and I would almost say it's edited, but I don't. It's just a very good screenshot!
Good luck guys!
