Not bad. The reason why many people like it is because its the first payware addon for the Middle East. If youve been to Dubai, youll realise a number of "big" mistakes made by the developing team including the angular placement of the Emirates towers hotel, the mis-placement of the Sheikh Zayid freeway, and the mis-placement of the Jumeirah beach hotel. Indoor terminal environments look a bit unrealistic, as they arent the actual representations of the real life terminal. Nevertheless its still a good product and should be taken into consideration.

Best scenery! The detail around Dubai is awsome. You can feel as both in an airplane as well as in the airport transit.
Framerates are very good. The airport scenery rocks. You can spent much time just spotting airplanes from inside the terminal, and wonder the terminal itself. A top recconmedation.

I'm running Dubai with:
- AMD 64 3500+
- ATI X800XL (4XAA/16XAAF)
- Max sliders (fps locked at 35fps)
- AI Traffic 2005 @ 50%
- Ground and runway FPS @ 25-30fps
- Approach @ 25fps steady
- Around Dubai city @ 35fps+
End result is this scenery is smooth as silk with no major fps hit. I can say its one of the best scenery packages I have had a chance to discover. I highly recommend this scenery to anyone who's looking for a complex scenery and someone who doesn't want to worry about taking a major fps hit.
