Bad flight dynamics!

When you put the third level of flaps on it goes into an uncontrolable dive. It is ok to practice takeoff and cruise. I forgot, the dive can be removed if you trim a lot. But the plane stalls out easy, and is hard to control landing.

It looks quite ok although when i take my dreamfleet 727-200 out for a spin i can directly see the difference in quality but for freeware it's good
