Looks nice but that's all (never judge a book by its cover, ladies and gentleman).

Too many to mention - ridiculously over-priced, bugs-galore, non-existant support.

At first, I thought this would be a great product to add to my FS "hangar" for medium-length flights in between the 737 and 747 but I was quickly disappointed.
Pretty much nothing worked properly - one example is switching on a light (eg strobe) in the 2D cockpit then moving to the VC to look around only to notice that while the strobes are on, the switch in the VC is in the off position even though it is on in the 2D cockpit. Try changing the heading knob using the mouse wheel and the knob just spins indefinitely without stopping. It handles poorly as well, it seems to be over-powered.
Oh, and you can forget about support - I have submitted perfectly polite posts in their "support" forum only to have them deleted without a response and e-mails continually go unanswered. I've uninstalled it and deleted the install files for it. To hell with it. I am still waiting on a refund.
Speaking of money - talk about it not being worth the price! For the whole package (I purchased each part separately before the Pro pack came out, it cost me in all over $160 AUD. FS9 didn't cost me that much!!! Definitely not worth that much money - what a joke! PMDG's 747-400 & -400F didn't cost that much and it's an immensely superior product with first-rate support. If you want a good airliner, go for the PMDG 747 (FS9 or FSX) or the Level-D 767-300 (FS9 or FSX). Both are the best on the market, without a doubt.
Do yourselves a favour and steer clear of this product. CS seems to only care about the eye candy, getting your money and then forget about you. Never again, CS!
That's all folks, I'm off to fly my PMDG 747-400X!
