Simply outstanding; here are some useful notes I gathered from experimentation:

I renamed Julie's mofified language.dll to "Kill_Language.dll"to avoid confusion with the FS9 default "language.dll". That way, I can keep both in the FS9 root directory and not accidentally write over or confuse between them.

I then changed the [language] section in FS9.cfg to read
[LANGUAGE]
DLL=Kill_Language.dll

rather than the default
[LANGUAGE]
DLL=Language.dll

Works Great!

Now, if I want to switch back to the normal mode, I just change the line back to the default!
No copy / paste/ confusing the two dll. files themselves!

The old trick for the hiding brake banner in the MAIN section of FS9.cfg MUST be taken out (if you made this modification previously) if the MESSAGEKILL dll is used. Otherwise, FS2004 gets pretty screwed up trying to do anything with the View menu, EVEN after you have tried to switch back to using the original language.dll.

If the messagekill dll is in use, the KEYS function on the kneeboard looks like a blank web page and gives a message. Weird.
