When the Citroen 2CV was first unveiled in 1948, many were amused, but it turned out to be a very popular car and a phenomenal achievement in automotive industrial history. The popularity of the Citroen 2CV kept it in production for 42 years, from 1948 to 1990. When this car was being designed, the objective was a car that would be rugged and useful on the back roads, with as little maintenance as possible. One of the criteria during development was that the car should hold a basket of eggs while driving on a plowed field without breaking an egg. Today you can still amaze people by the ease with which the 2CV goes over speed bumps at relative high speeds. The roof rolls back from the windscreen, and does so in this model designed for FS2004 as well. Included in this file is the Citroen 2CV and the Citroen 2CV Sahara.
