I know this may seem a little late in the day to be discussing FS2004(FS9) especially considering the arrival of Microsofts latest offering, but i was hoping someone could help me out.

I have the following system:

P4 2.53ghz
1024mb ram
60gb hard drive
250mb Geforce 6200 agp

I have been using FS2002 for a while now, which has helped me get through my PPL nicely, but i want to upgrade to FS2004. Will the above set up allow me to run fs2004 with all settings on max?

Incidentally my hard drive has just been formatted too so everything is running very nicely.

All hail Iron MAiden!

Ultra high, no. but lowered to about Medium high, it'll run like a charm. I'd recommend a graphics card update though.

About medium if you want good FPS.

Maybe max, but with no AA or AF the game would look like crap, so maybe medium. Don't expect to use any decent addons until you upgrade that CPU and graphics card first.

As others have echoed, medium-high at best.  If you're really want to sacrifice fps for visuals, 1024x768, most sliders 3/4 up with 4x/8x AA/AF is the max.

That PC is very well-balanced in terms of CPU and graphics card so if you ever think about upgrading, you'll need to change both for the desired effect!
