The same thing happened to my brother in-law while he was working as an aviation mechanics at KFNT. They were refueling a BAE-146 for Northwest and didn't have the vent open and the wing collasped.

Speaking of duct tape, I once flew a Warrior that had to be duct tape on the tip of the port wing because someone damage it on purpose. I just couldn't take it over 120 kts.
