Hey all,

I've been working on a FS9 Gmax scenery for the Downtown Nashville, TN area.  The scenery includes about 20 or so custom buildings with night lighting, including the Bellsouth Building and the Gateway Bridge.  Ultimate Terrain USA and FS Genesis Mesh (or possibly another quality mesh product) are needed for everything to look right.

It's about 90 percent finished, and I'm interested in finding a couple of scenery-savvy people to check it out.  I guess I'm wanting to make sure everything shows up correctly in someone else's FS9 installation.  Would also welcome some suggestions regarding LOD's and framerates, etc., before I put the finishing touches on and release it as freeware.

If anyone's interested in testing this scenery, please PM me and I'll send you the link to download the files.

Thanks much,  Rob

Thanks!  As soon as it's finished, I'll definitely upload it.

I checked out the Scenicworx website and your work looks fantastic!  Really innovative design.

Take care,  Rob

Allright I'll tell you right now the LOD is pretty good maybe it could look a bit more real but Im not going to be stingy.

Looks great! It's always nice to add custom buildings in cities that don't have much detail. I'm currently starting a similar project for Mumbai, India and i've started work on a few buildings and hotels in gmax but it's so time consuming.

I've finally finished the Downtown Nashville Scenery I started about 50 years ago.  I got all the bugs out I think and added a few buildings.  The files have been uploaded to Flightsim.com and Avsim, and should be up on their sites in a couple of days.  My next project will be to  create a version for FSX.  It mostly works now, but I'm having some problems with night textures not showing up correctly on some buildings.

Anyway, if anybody tries it out, let me know what you think.

Best,  Rob
