Just a friendly reminder that we have some of the "cream of the crop" files for flight sim right here at FlightSimWorld.com.

Click the link at the top of every page, or right here: Downloads

We have a huge library of files to browse an several categories, so take advantage of downloads that have been tested by simmers, for simmers.

If you love the videos like I do, here's an awesome one that you must see, if you haven't already: FS2004 Everest by kieshaplius.

Don't forget to rate files and leave comments. This will encourage the uploaders to keep providing the best material available. And if you have a file to share, you can login to the Downloads area with the same name and pass that you use here in the forums.

Glad you're using the file system. The file search is way better than the forum search, so now that our library is rather large, that's what I like to use to pinpoint what I want.

Way to encourage DL'rs Rick! Although I've noticed a lot have trouble installing what they download.

Downloading freeware switch, not illegal downloading if thats what you meant! I download a bit from there and i have had no trouble.

I do forget it's there a lot as most of us come here for the forums. I do look at the gallery section of the site a lot though and rate those. I'm serious when I say that I originally registered for this site to submit pictures into the gallery and only later started posting in the forums.

And lest I be accused of bumping a topic for no good reason, let me take this opportunity to thank all our Download Managers for making the FSW Downloads database one of the cleanest and best-organized Flight Simulator addon databases around!

I think the download portion of the site needs an upgrade. Make it look nicer and easier to find files and I'm sure people will upload more stuff and in turn from more uploads and a more user friednly interface will download more.

Just my opinion, every time I look at the download section I have to go through pages. Add features like top-downloads and such.

just shows how often you look there if you look on the bottom right hand side, you will notice Most Popular Files and Top Rated Files

Also, the search system in the Downloads section is much faster and easier than any other I've seen. Type kewlceo and you'll see all of my uploads, for instance.
