I chose Real ATC too, but I don't really use it that often in FS2002 - it's just not reliable enough.  I really enjoy it when it works though, so let's hope FS2004 has smarter controllers!

I almost always use the ATC in FS2002.  It is unreliable and sometimes messes up but hey, it's the best atc that we have for now, LOL!!

I'm with Brad on this one though, I hope FS2004's ATC is better!!!

im sticking with real atc as well...its probably one of the more unreliable features of fs, because they talk so slow and clearly...pronouncing everything very precisely.

theres should be some settings as far as controlling, for instance, static, slurs, abbreviations, etc.  just to make it all the more realistic .

i don't think thats asking too much, is it?

I just listen to music on my MP3 player, and do ATC at the same time.

Nope, never.
I like to use these: =P, because they are difrent, and i took way to much money out of my banking account to make them a trade mark.
So basicly every time that you use them, i get $500 from the goverments.

I fly VFR, so I tend to only use ATC for takeoff, landing. Real ATC though .

I prefer Real ATC since it seams to add to the realism... don't know if there is a tool out there already but... it would be good if you could do both... ie listen to music and when ATC starts up music is put on mute untill atc is silent again...

So for me ATC should be as real as possible
