as mentioned is there a way to adjust a whole afcad desighn?
i have one that is a bit off and needs to be moved and rotated abit.

or does it need to be entirly redone from scratch?

Move, yes ..... highlight EVERYTHING in the AFCAD display -- runways, taxiways, ramps, parking spots, links between nodes, the nodes themselves including hold-short nodes, EVERYTHING -- then drag it where you need it to go.  That's for short distances.  If you're talking about a few dozen MILES (or more), you will need to change the lat/lon for each item in the display and that would take more time than doing it from scratch in the new location.

Rotation?  Not sure; the only way I know to change heading in an AFCAD is by adjusting the heading.  There's no toolbar option to "rotate" the display as everything is laid out using true/mag headings.
