I saw a print of that painting with the Lancer a few years ago and though it was so cool. But when I went to get it they had stopped selling it.  :o

The 4th is fake because you can easily see the sun id behind it. Then why is there some sun effects on the craft.

Actually #4 is real.  What you think is the sun is a cloud lit up by the sun.  The sun is actually behind the camera, and shining at the plane, and the clouds in the backround.  That's why all the clouds are lit up.

Pic 3 is fake, I can see at least three spots in the mountains where some extent of 'mirroring' the image took place. It's still a cool and awesome picture though.

On the subject of incredible aviation photographs, this probably tops the lot. You guys in the US have probably already seen this, but for the benefit of others, heres a photo of USAF Thunderbirds pilot Captain Chris Stricklin ejecting from his F16 a mere eight tenths of a second before it crashed!!:

Also, here's a link to an in-cockpit video of the incident: Thunderbirds Crash Video (Not 56K dial-up friendly!!)

By the way, if anybody would like to read more about the accident, click here: Thunderbirds crash report
