For a long time the flaps on my default 737 won't work by any means of activation. The gauge doesn't move and flaps don't extend.
If I fly the default 737 in Doherty's hard approaches they work normally and I can transfer that 737 to anywhere else.
Anything else that uses the default 737 panel is Ok.
Question:
Can I overwrite the default 737 aircraft.cfg with a .cfg from another 737.
Or is there another relevant file I can overwrite.
I don't want to re-install fs9 for a small problem that is just annoying rather than critcal

Thanks

I think it's a gauge problem.

If I were you I'd uninstall and reinstall.

It probably is a gauge problem. Uninstall, then reinstall. And you should be able to just replace the .cfg file. All you have to do is delete the first one, and then paste the new one in its place, but the .cfg of the default one may be better than the other one. I would uninstall and reinstall.

Yes--probably is a re-install job that I will leave for a rainy day!
Thanks.
