Does anyone know how to change which aircraft land at say, Invercargill Airport, New Zealand (NZNV) in Flight Simulator 2002? Do you need to download any particular application, Flight Sim tools? If that is so, where can I get them from?

The program you need is TrafficTools, which you can get here.
Be warned, its rather complicated to make your own flightplans, although there's a pretty good help file included.
If all you want is to get more realistic AI, then your best bet is Project AI. Just click the links in my sig below.
