Yea but that dude is annoying man. He added me on msn and kept talking crap and laughing and talking to himself.

Oh for goodness sake. Leave the guy alone. There are ways to get people on the VA ladder without being so arrogant, high and mighty. Thread derailing, personal insults. Check the forum rules.
