It's done with cloud brushes. You need to have Photoshop to use
This is the one is use the most:

Could i ask, how do you put the clouds on the image without going over the aircraft with them?

But there must be a way to do it without effecting the plane. But how...i don't know. Try to find some other members who use cloud brushes, and ask them

Use the lasso tool to select the area you want the clouds in and then use the brushes inside that lassoed area. so therefore the clouds will only go inside the lassoed area.

Too Easy.
Just Create new Layer > Paint your clouds on the layer > select the plane > go to the Clouds layer> with the plane selection still on > Erase the clouds on top of the plane and finish of by Merging the layers if you feel like it.

Exactly same as manually installing a Flight simulator Aircraft
After you have downloaded the brushes: Go to My Computer > Local disk C (which ever disk you have programs in) > Program files > Adobe > Photoshop CS2 (which ever version of photoshop you have) > Presets > Brushes > paste it in there
Restart Photoshop and you are done
If you do not know how to select the brush in photoshop ask again and i will tell you.
If you still have problems just ask

Peter, you choose a pic with nice grass in it, select the grass, paste it into your shot and just delete the parts you don't like hehe.

Install Brushes: Open Photoshop > Drag your downloaded brush into a blank space within Photoshop. (You sometimes have to restart PS if they don't show up.)
Using Brushes: Open Photoshop > On the toolbar (usually on the <LEFT<), select the brush tool > at the top of PS you'll see your current brush... click it > on the drop down menu, select the brush you want to use > Go nuts.
