Do you mean one fan blowing through the other?

If so, no way, won't work.

Ok, just looking for a quieter 90CFM fan now (tell me if there are any). I'm currently stressing my CPU with Orthos because it's at 3GHz without a voltage raise. BTW, hottest core is now at 55*C, 10*C more than it was when my case was open at stock speeds. Now 66*C (is that normal?) I'm only at 3GHz at stock volts!!!! Why is it 20*C hotter? Why is it at 68*C? at 3GHz???????

It's at 71*C! WTH? It's too hot so I lowered it to 2.9GHz. Why did my OC get so hot???

Ok, I'm scared of the temps, so I lowered it to 2.9GHz at it goes to 63. BTW, my basement is now about 18*C and goes to 22*C in the summer, so keeping it safe. wth happened? I expected a lot more. What can I do to change it?

Nice triple post, if the temperatures vary that much between side panel on and off then your airflow is poor.

No they actually stay the same. Before OC: 45 45 38 40
After OC (stock volts @2.9GHz): 63 63 58 58 Why did it increase so much? Should I buy the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme?

Stop being a woos, I've had over 95*C form a Pentium D in the past.

I'm trying to have it last 3 or more years. Would buying a TRUE 120 help? I don't like it in the 70s. (as Mul said it shouldn't be)

But aren't Pentiums just hot in the first place.

Yeah, the 90nm Smithfields were insane.

VFRDude: Those temperatures are fine. Keep going. Have you assigned a voltage or is it on Auto?

It's at default. 72*C is fine at default voltage? Are you sure?

Sorry, I didn't quite get it. Is your Voltage set to AUTO or 1.*whatever*V?

It's set at the minimum voltages that my mobo accepts (default voltages). There's an option for default or manual. Neither of them change the voltages, so they're all at the voltages they were assigned when I first built the computer. The default is 1.25V and it doesn't let me lower it. BTW, is there anything I should try or do to lower these high temps? I haven't had to higher the voltage. it's At 3GHz, it gets to 73*C!!!
Voltage: 1.25V
Speed: 3GHz
Temps: 73 73 68 67

What does CPU-Z read the voltage at?

1.2 about (ranges from 1.192 to 1.208) My idle temps are actually lower (maybe because I just took off the grill.)
Idle: 23 23 27 25
Vdroop lowers it to 1.168

That would work during the winter, but my computer would overheat during the summer. BTW, why can't I get past 2.9GHz??! That's messed up!

Was actually having ideas of doing something like that but the amount of dust would be absolutely insane, even with a dust filter.

For some reason, now the highest temp at 3GHz is 60*C. Should I continue overclocking (my CPU has only been stressed 20 min., would the temps get higher?) it's currently 59 60 58 58
