Oh wow Mango, these have to be the best unedited shots I've ever seen in FSX.

Really nice Mango!

Steve (Frosty) I don't think anyone cares for your behavior in respect to your intentions.

I'm gonna need to try to force my dad to pay for this instead of me.

BTW I really like the font you used for the REX text.

He was probably using the inbuilt REX Weather Engine.

Could we see them unsharpened? Cheers! I know it's *only* 25% .. but it makes a real difference. After all edited is edited!

Great screen shots Mango.

Love the colours of the aircraft and the high contrast in these shots. Nice sky and use of colours.

Composition is excellent   A true master of your art.

Great job.

They make startling images, but they are about as far away from reality as you can get, and look very odd indeed.

Surreal EnvironmentX maybe a better name – but that creates an unfortunate acronym

Yeah, I have to agree, the clouds seem a bit odd and out of place...but they look fantastic!

Maybe you just had a bad snapshot run.....  (Mango and BAD Screenshots?! ARE YOU INSANE?!)

We all have our fair share of Bad snapshot runs .

I also have to agree that the clouds do not merge with the sky.

They look nice from far out - how they should - but close up? they'll look a bit silly imo.. meh i hate the 2d cloud system in FSX.. why couldnt they have used some type of volumetric system..

I also dislike the blatent advertising - on most of these preview/beta threads.

i think the clouds would look better on a paler sky, but awesome none the less

their is alot of beta stuff going around this board at the moment, but I for one am enjoying it, get to see what's being developed

Well you would of course be able to select a paler sky to install with these clouds.

Thanks for your comments  :hrmm: . Yeah, that's a very high contrast sky set.

LeadBalloon, looks like you are on a mission, eh  ? It took me weeks to find the perfect FEX set, so give me a little time...

Let's see what the other sets are up to. Many things to try...
