Yes!! I'm glad you're one of the few who see it this way. Everyone is quick to label it as vandalism but no one stops to appreciate the art and the culture behind it! Although I must admit there are some children who don't help the cause. They often graffiti areas i would consider off limits to myself and put up nothing but ugly tags (nothing wrong with tags, but there is a place for those, and it is not on peoples homes, cars, schools, or new buildings).

boxcars, bridges, abandoned buildings, or areas that already have tons of graffiti on it = fair game

From there you can download their program that allows you to choose any sort of color and object that you're tagging, (train car, subway car, etc.) or if you don't want to download it you can do it online, but it won't be preserved like it would be offline as other people can tag over yours.
