Hi everyone, Earlier i saw someone who had FEX clouds working in FS9. I have both of these programs and was wondering if anybody could help me with this. Thanks!

FEX = Flight Environment X

X is usually stuck on a name when it is for FSX

I think you are talking about Flight Environment :lol:

I'm interested in this. These latest DEX clouds are spectacular, anyway at all to port them to FS9? And I doubt a copy and paste job will do it will it?

FSX uses DDS textures AFAIK however if you converted them to the FS9 texture format (can't recall it at the moment, sorry) I'm sure it would work however the max resolution is lower than FSX and clouds are handled differently so there's no guarentee it'll work.

You cannot send the clouds as that would be illegal.

No harm intended. :hrmm:

Anyways, I think it would be best just to pay, I think it was $15, for Ceilosim Instant Enhancer or just wait for REX to come out for Fs9. :lol:

FEX costs $40 (around that, was £25 for me) But as Buziel said, get REX :hrmm: (when available that is)
