FS Version: FSX SP1
Location: Palermo, Sicily, Italy
Duration of Flight: 5-10 minutes
Departure: Boccadifalco, LICP
Arrival: Punta Raisi, LICJ
Time of Day: Any, but dusk is great!
Meteorological Conditions: Preferably good sight
Fair greetings all!
Im relatively new to FSX (came over from IL-2 where I was cannon fodder for most part), and Im enjoying it immensily! So far I'm using VFR and thought I'd share with you a very short run, with some very great scenery.
Take off from LICP and head straight. This will take you around the cliffs of the sicilian landscape and up towards the medditeranian ocean where, if the time is right, a beautiful sunset can be gazed and awed upon
Make a turn left and land at LICJ.
Short run, but great for smaller planes. Hope I can lighten up somebodys flying with this tip

or ME 109

Franthree: the plane is a BF109 and was included in a package of WWII planes called "Wings of Power II". As a newbie, Im not sure who the developers are. On the box it says "Shockwave", but the url on the box says something like First Class Simulations. Im assuming the latter is the distributor and Shockwave are the devs (seem to remember them doing a B-17 model as well).
Anyway, I'll can take some screenshots from outside view as well when I get home after work tonight. The other included planes in that pack are P-47 Thunderbolt, P-51, A6M5 (Zero?) and the Spitfire.

What we are seeing is good, but yes seeing the plane outside and flying is good.
Welcome to the forums newbie.

Hello again guys!
Here are two pics from outside view using the same plane. I had to turn down autogen density tho...previous setting was a bit hard on my poor system.

Right!! Here are three more pics; this time hopefully zoomed in enough on the plane. Note: on the tail there's an insignia of the swastika symbol. I can see how some might be offended by this (even tho, apparently, its historically accurate, so I took the liberty of editing it out. Its just a rough edit, now there's a big blob in its place.
If anyone would like to see any of the other planes included (Zero, P47, P51 or Spitfire), please let me know! It will have to be on another route tho, since Ive already grown tired of flying this sicily run myself, heh.
