Just wanted to confirm the patch works fine here on Vista 32 bit. FSWC was installed into the main Microsoft folder I have on my D: drive; so I had a folder with the FSX folder in it, and all FSWC files and folders where there too. After placing the new Uninstaller into that folder, replacing the old one, uninstall went fine (took about 2 seconds) and the FSX folder and my D: drive are still all right. :hrmm:

Yeah, well, someone had to try it, right? I'm feeling so brave right now. :hrmm:

Thanks for the info, I have about the same setup.  Installed on Vista 32-bit, on F:\program files\FSWC and will test this also.  Nice to know it worked okay on your system.

Has there been any more feedback on the uninstaller issue, since the patch.  Just wanted to make sure that its working okay.  The instructions seem very simple, just copy new uninstaller, remove program, and re-install.  Thanks

Awwwww, I thought that the whole "Water adjusted to match weather" thing would be included in this. I guess thats with REX only, because I sure can't go adjusting my water to match the weather every time MANUALLY....

So far its been very quite on the patch front, no one has had any major problems...yet...

I'm taking no news as good news...  :hrmm:

Did the update to 3.15 as per the readme files and it worked perfect.  Thanks for the update.  I was working fine, before but nice to be on the current verison.  I did this on Vista 32 bit Home Premium system and FSWC was installed in diff. directory than default path from installer.

Well version 1 was Ashton's first attempt and was scrapped, version 2 crashed and burned.

I reckon the 15 revisions was just a number plucked out of the sky to make it different to version 3.0!  :hrmm:

Actually no, it took me 15 tries to get the uninstaller back to scratch actually :hrmm:.  Seriously, I was wondering, what's wrong, so I kept rebuilding, testing, editing, rebuilding, testing, and after the 14th go, I worked it out, made the minor adjustments, and on the 15th, it worked, so I sent it to you guys .

So if my bug takes lets say 17 tries to fix it will be called Version 3.17

No, wouldn't you add 17 tries to the 15 tries and get 32 tries?

Pretty much, yeah.  I have a fairly good idea about what your problem is, and I have a pretty good idea on how to fix it.  Good thing you're on the beta testing team  (yeah, once any revision is released, any gold tester becomes a beta tester, and new gold testers, if needed, will be acquired).
