Lol, you spent $650 and you don't know how to use basic editing features like sharpen? Google some tutorials :hrmm:

Post an example of one of your shots.

Then we can see why it's not crisp.

Turn up the anti-aliasing on your graphics card. This will smoothen out the edges and make them more "crisp".

If you have jaggies in your screenshots, try blurring them.

TBH it doesn't really matter what kind of GPU you have as long as AA/AF works well.

I have an onboard ATI X200 and here are my results.

It just takes a bit o' practice.

4x Should be sufficient IF it were working correctly with FS.

Are you setting profile or global?

If you don't know where to change it, how is it that you know the highest is 8xS?

Possibly try Nhancer?

Also aircraft become crisp due to the background being slighty blurred :hrmm: Hint, hint!

1) Turn your AA/AF up MAX!
2) Use smart sharpen in Photoshop and play with settings until your shot has some depth.

Heyyy !
Well AMA CEO I don't use photoshop to make my shots look crisp.
I think you have to adjust your graphic card in Nhancer I use 4xS, your shots will look more crisp if you resize them (I take my shot in 1680x1050 but I upload them in 1024x768) :hrmm:
